Our mission is to improve the social, economic, and environmental well-being of Alabama’s citizens through the production of science-based information, materials and programs that help foster the sustainable use of our natural resources.
The CFWE and its partners utilize the College’s state-of-the-art facilities and nearly 6,000 acres of outdoor classrooms to provide natural resource education for youth, students, citizens, and leaders through science-based programs, workshops, and field training.
