Day 1 (10/7/24): Meet, Mix & Mingle
Arrival/registration will begin at 3 pm CST at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center. A welcoming reception and social with hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will begin at 5 p.m. Each registrant over 21 receives two drink tickets.
Day 2 (10/8/24): Presentations, Panels & Posters
Full meeting day with presentations, panels, exhibits, and discussions. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks and coffee, soda, water, or tea.
Day 3 (10/9/24): Tours & Demonstrations
Tour and demonstrations at the Auburn University Structural Engineering Lab (strength testing demo), College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CLT build demo), and the Kreher Preserve and Nature Center Environmental Education Building (CLT build). Registration includes breakfast only. Attendees will be on their own for lunch following the tours and departure.
Day 4 (10/10/24): OPTIONAL Tour
After the conference has concluded, attendees are invited to participate in a complimentary tour of Ponce City Market, a Class A complex located in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 9:30 – 11 a.m. ET. 619 Ponce is Georgia’s first locally grown and sourced mass timber building and is a popular destination for locals and visitors. It is located in the Old Fourth Ward (650 North Avenue, NE Atlanta, GA). PCM is only 12 miles from the Atlanta Airport and typically a 20-minute drive. You will be asked to select this as an option when registering.
