President Roberts and Interim Provost Nathan visit CFWE

The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment had the pleasure of hosting Auburn University’s President Chris Roberts and Interim Provost Vini Nathan for a casual conversation with faculty and staff on Monday, April 10. 

During their visit, President Roberts and Provost Nathan highlighted the importance of collaboration and communication between faculty, staff, and leadership. They were interested in gaining insights into the work, experiences, and needs of the college, and the conversation allowed for an open exchange of ideas. The visit served as a reminder of the crucial role that collaboration plays in achieving common goals. 

“We appreciate their interest in learning more about our college and their willingness to engage with our team,” said Dean Janaki Alavalapati. “We thank them for their unwavering support to move our college forward.”  

The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment is committed to addressing pressing environmental challenges through innovative research, education, and outreach. The visit from President Roberts and Provost Nathan highlighted the significance of the college’s mission and its impact on the larger community.
