Expertise: Noles practiced environmental law for 27 years before joining the College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment. His expertise includes federal and state environmental and natural resource laws and regulations as well as their history and associated policies. These laws include the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, CERCLA and RCRA, the Endangered Species Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
