The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment routinely schedules seminars and workshops for students, professionals and faculty who wish to learn about best practices, current research and trends impacting their respective fields or areas of study. Our invited expert speakers hail from government agencies, industry and U.S. and international peer institutions.
CFWE Seminar Series
The CFWE seminar series is held in the Forestry, Wildlife and Environment Building, where guest speakers are invited to present topics related to our research and degree areas. The series is held during the spring and fall semesters, with seminars offered each Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Refreshments are provided, and CFEs are available. Preregistration is not required.
